About Glenn
"General" Glenn Patton retired in 1998 from a brilliant 24-year coaching career at the University of Iowa as the Head Swimming and Diving Coach and is now working on various commercial real estate development projects. He has served on numerous professional and service club boards and was a two-year President of the National Swimming Coaches Association of America.
Glenn brings the same commitment to excellence in his career as a successful real estate developer and licensed REALTOR. Glenn and his daughter-in-law Daphne Patton formed the Patton Real Estate Team in 2005. They quickly became one of Iowa City's most respected and successful real estate teams. Together, they provide optimum, full-time service to both residential and commercial real estate clients. Their extensive knowledge allows them to advise on a variety of topics including loan information, investment properties, and new construction projects. Glenn and his wife Joyce have lived in Iowa City for over 30 years and have 3 children and 7 grandchildren whom they love to spoil!
