Daphne Patton was born in Rome, Italy and grew up in Chicago. She received her B.A. in Geology from the University of Iowa and was a Letterwinner in the sport of Women's Rowing. Daphne's wonderful experiences in Iowa City while in college led her to make this fantastic city her permanent home.
As the daughter of an architect and interior designer, residential real estate was a natural career choice for Daphne. Her experience and understanding of home staging gives Sellers an edge in our competitive real estate market. She combines her energy, creativity, and outstanding personal service to provide every client with the best possible experience in buying or selling their home.
Daphne appreciates the value of a close-knit neighborhood. For her own home, she and her husband Dave are renovating an historic property in the original town of North Liberty where they live with their daughter and new twin baby boys.
